The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Use of the id777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. id777 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. You may be required to provide government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• Residency and jurisdiction: You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law. id777 primarily serves players located in Indonesia and does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Not a excluded person: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion direction issued by id777 or any other gambling operator.
• Not an id777 employee or affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of id777 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gambling on the Platform.

To access real-money services on the id777 Platform, you must register and maintain a valid Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any pending withdrawal.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

id777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM), accompanied by proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in id777's request may result in account suspension.

3.3 Username and Password

You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. id777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

id777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where id777 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2; (b) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to id777; or (d) the Account holder has requested closure under the responsible gaming tools described in Section 8.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account at all times. id777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Log out of the Platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify id777 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Not access the Platform through automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

id777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). id777 does not charge currency conversion fees.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation of receipt by id777's payment processing systems. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposit limits may be subject to payment-method-specific maximums set by the respective bank or e-wallet provider. id777 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on large deposits in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of submission on average, 24 hours a day including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. id777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or resolution of an ongoing account review.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

id777 is committed to preventing its Platform from being used for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. Deposits must be made from payment accounts in the Player's own name. id777 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any winnings found to derive from fraudulent deposits will be forfeited in full.

id777 offers various promotional Bonuses to new and existing Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies eligible games and bet types. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on both sides of the same event ("hedging") will not count toward any wagering requirement.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active Bonus simultaneously unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit it.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Expired Bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically without notification.
• Abuse and misuse: id777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus — and to suspend or terminate the associated Account — where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract Bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Changes: id777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players in good standing.

All bets placed on the id777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot games), togel, esports, or slot tournaments — as published in the help and rules sections of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. id777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable product rules (e.g., a "cash out" feature where enabled).
• id777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or prices resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected Players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, FIFA, or an esports tournament organizer), the official result will prevail.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per product category apply and are published in the Platform's betting rules section. id777 reserves the right to reduce stake limits for any Player without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Any bet suspected of being placed in breach of these Terms — including bets placed as part of a collusion or match-fixing scheme — will be voided and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

id777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognize that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become problematic for some individuals. The following tools are available to all id777 Members directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Loss limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed prior to expiry.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the id777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by id777.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a Platform error must be reported to id777 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit arbitrage.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Placing bets on events in which the Player has insider knowledge, a direct financial interest beyond the bet itself, or any ability to influence the outcome.
• Circumventing any technical restriction, geographic block, or access control implemented by id777.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing id777 staff or other Members through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the id777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, graphics, images, audiovisual content, user interface designs, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of id777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without id777's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, id777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether id777 had been advised of its possibility.

id777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

id777 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors; (b) any specific game outcome is guaranteed; (c) the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components, although id777 takes all reasonable technical precautions. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

id777 collects, processes, stores, and, where necessary, transfers personal data belonging to its Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

id777 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and periodic security audits — to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and id777 cannot warrant absolute security.

id777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) to the extent strictly necessary to deliver Platform services, and with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law.

id777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — meaning a change that materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member — id777 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where feasible, by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course notwithstanding account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which id777 holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact id777's customer support team in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. id777 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt and to make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution.

Nothing in this clause prevents id777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
